Each candle is 7 oz and contains (1) amethyst crystal and (1) selenite crystal. Size may vary in each stone. 
 
Once candle has been burned and the crystal is exposed, place in mediation space or at the bedside to promote restfulness and peace. Be sure candle is NOT lit when you try to remove the crystal.
